Scattered information
Scheduling, medical records, reports and messages live in different tools. Each team sees part of the story and the patient repeats the same information several times.
ProntuAllm
ProntuAllm brings medical records, scheduling, test results and patient service into a single base, so each agent answers with the full history of the person being cared for.

Scheduling, medical records, reports and messages live in different tools. Each team sees part of the story and the patient repeats the same information several times.

With ProntuAllm, every interaction starts from the same history. Reception, the clinical staff and remote service work on the same data, at the moment they need it.

Platform
ProntuAllm connects to the systems the institution already uses and organizes the data into a searchable patient context, with access control and an audit trail.
Connectors for electronic medical records, scheduling, laboratory and service channels, using standards such as HL7 FHIR and without replacing current systems.
Data is normalized and linked to the right patient. Each agent queries only what its role allows and records what was used in each response.
The institution's data sources feed the patient context, which is queried by the three ProntuAllm agents.

No. ProntuAllm connects to the medical record and other existing systems and organizes that data for the agents to use. The official record remains in the source system.
Electronic medical records, schedules, laboratory and imaging systems, and channels such as telephone and messaging. We use standards such as HL7 FHIR and, when necessary, specific connectors.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access follows each user's role, and every query made by an agent is recorded in an audit trail.
Yes. Data processing follows the LGPD, with legal bases defined together with the institution, a designated data protection officer and data processing agreements.
No. The agents organize information and perform operational tasks. Diagnoses, clinical decisions and prescriptions are always the responsibility of the healthcare professional.
The conversation is forwarded to a team member with a summary of what has already been discussed, so the patient does not have to repeat the information.
It depends on the integrations required. A first agent usually enters assisted operation within a few weeks, with gradual expansion based on the results.
Yes. Most institutions start with the call center or the clinical copilot and expand later, reusing the same patient context.
